Order processing and US Shipping

Most retail orders are processed within 3 business days unless we are out of town for a convention.  Our main shopping page will have a notice at the top of the page if we plan to be out of town.  We ship via Priority US Postal Mail.  Shipping takes 2-4 days to arrive within the United States. 

• If an order is delivered to the wrong address by our error, we will send out a new package at our expense.  If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we will send out a new package, but the customer will be billed for any shipping fees plus the cost of any henna paste that was included in the package.  The USPS will return an undeliverable package to us, but henna paste will be un-sellable after being shipped twice and sitting around in the post office.

• We ship via United States Postal Services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  You will receive an automated email when your order is shipped.

Backordered items:

We try very hard to keep everything in stock that is shown on our website. In rare cases, something may be backordered. If an item is backordered, we will notify you to ask if you would like to cancel the order or wait for it to be back in stock.  We will ship the available items immediately and back ordered items as they arrive (at our expense).

International Orders

We ship our international orders via Global Priority (under 4 lbs) or Global Express (over 4 lbs).  They usually arrive at customs within 4-7 days, but some countries hold packages in their customs warehouses for longer periods before delivering to their final destination.  Most packages usually arrive within 2 weeks of being placed.  To place an international order, DO NOT use the shopping cart.  Email your order here

International orders may be subject to duties fees or taxes imposed by their home country.  We have no control over the amount charged or the time that it takes for packages to get through foreign customs.  The shipping times quoted here reflect the time that it takes for a package to leave our warehouse and to reach your country.  Orders to the UK tend to take an exceptionally long time, even several weeks, to get through customs.  If we ruled the world, we would surely do something about that immediately. Alas, we do not rule the world...yet.

 

Express Shipping

We regret that we can not offer a regular express shipping option at this time.  If you do need something urgently, email us when you place your order so we can do our best to get it mailed out on the same day.

Wholesale orders

A $200 minimum purchase is required for orders containing wholesale merchandise. The minimum order can be met by combining items from both the retail pages and wholesale page. Exceptionally large orders may require a longer processing time.  Email us before placing your order if you have any questions.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we can not offer a return service.  However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please let us know so we can try to correct the problem.
