Return Policy for Wigs & Hair Products

Jon Renau wigs and hair pieces are shipped directly from the Jon Renau warehouse. Shipping times vary, but generally run approximately 7 - 10 days in the US.

If you wish to return a wig or hair piece, contact us within 2 weeks of placing your order.  We will request a return authorization from Jon Renau and send you return instructions.

***Important***

Jon Renau requires that wigs and hair piece returns be received at their warehouse no later than 2 weeks after they've issued the return authorization.  Wigs that arrive after this two week period will be considered outside of the window of return and will be returned to the sender.

More return info from Jon Renau:

All returns require a RA # or return label issued by Jon Renau. Returns without RA # or Jon Renau return label visible on the outside of the parcel will be refused/returned to sender

The following information must be provided to Jon Renau for all return authorization requests:

  • Item being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Invoice number

Discontinued/clearance items and items missing tags are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Every return is inspected by Jon Renau Quality Control before returned to stock.

All items must be returned in their original packaging (box, packaging paper, etc.) 

Once Jon Renau receives the wig and informs us as to whether or not they approve the return, we will refund your purchase price, minus any shipping charges and a restocking fee.  

Restocking fee for all wigs, hair toppers, and hair extensions is 10%.

Jon Renau will not accept returns for wigs and extensions which have been altered, cut, colored, styled, smell of smoke/pets, are sweaty, make-up stained, or are otherwise damaged.  Any hair pieces that they deem to be un-sellable will be returned to sender.

We understand that wig purchases are difficult in an online setting.  Feel free to shake out and try on your wigs. You can move the part and take some pictures.  Please keep in mind that we are a very small family run business and that even with restocking fees, returns will cost us money. This product line is a new venture for us, and an effort to reinvent our business so we can continue to operate in light of the business restrictions for professional face and body artists.  

We cannot refund any hair pieces that Jon Renau has denied.  

Hair care products (shampoo, styling products, wig caps) are not returnable, under any circumstances, due to hygiene concerns.  These items are shipped from the Amerikan Body Art warehouse.  If you receive a package from us and any of these items are damaged, missing, or mistaken let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will do what we can to make it right.
