Make Your Own Glitter Creme Palette Kit

This kit has enough supplies to create a 24-color Glitter Creme Palette.  It comes with plenty of glitter, but feel free to use your own cosmetic glitters to further customize your line of glitter cremes.  This would be a great gift for a friend or for yourself.
