Matte (non-shimmer) primary blue, perfect for creating realistic-looking tattoos with our Body Glue. Safe for general cosmetic and craft use. Not approved for use on Lips. Looks great in nail polish, but you may want to wet the powder with a drop of alcohol before mixing. May be fine for melt & pour soap, but not recommended for cold process soap.
